I don't know how to choose the size.
We have a "size guide" on each product page for harnesses and collars, so please measure your dog's neck and chest circumference to confirm. The neck and chest sizes are adjustable to fit any breed of dog. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us via LINE or our contact form.
Can I return or exchange the product?
We accept size exchanges and returns for unused items within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that we cannot accept returns for used items or items that have been damaged or soiled by the customer.
How long will it take to ship?
We usually ship your order on the same day or the next day. If it is a holiday, we will ship it the following day. If there is a delay in shipping for other reasons, we will contact you by email.
Please tell me how to care for it.
The harness and leash are made of nylon and polyester. Light stains can be removed by wiping with a soft cloth using alkaline electrolyzed water. It can be washed in a laundry net, but please avoid using bleach or a dryer. After use in saltwater, be sure to rinse thoroughly or soak in saltwater to remove any salt.
